Jodie is an incredible coach who helped me along my fitness journey. She motivated me when I most needed it, encouraging me along the way and improving my confidence that I could lift heavier and get stronger. I struggled with a knee injury and she adapted exercises to accommodate my needs. Jodie pays particular attention to detail, ensuring the correct form is used when exercising. She was very knowledgeable in nutrition and helped create a plan which focused on creating healthy habits and staying accountable, alongside living a busy, social life. I would highly recommend Jodie as a coach; she is a fantastic motivator, extremely organised and a friendly face at 6am!
