About me
Meet your coach
I started coaching after realizing that more movement doesn’t necessarily mean better results—most people are exercising, but not actually training in a way that drives real progress. Trust me there’s a big difference!
With a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning, I bring the science and structure of athletic performance into everyday training. What that really means? Learning how to load the body properly—strategically, progressively, and with purpose. It’s this kind of evidence-based programming that creates consistent, measurable change in strength, shape, and confidence.

Who have I worked with
I’ve coached in elite performance environments like British Canoeing, The English National Ballet School and Saracens Rugby Club, as well as holding Head Coach positions in commercial gyms. I also run weightlifting masterclasses and seminars for all abilities out of local Universities. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or you’ve been training for years but feel stuck—I work with women who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and start seeing real results.
I’m also a competitive weightlifter, having placed 6th at the 2024 English National Championships, with eyes set on the British Championships in 2026. My journey into weightlifting began during my MSc, and it completely changed how I viewed women’s training. I saw firsthand how so many women weren’t being coached to train in ways that actually build strength, tone, and confidence—and I knew I had to change that.
So, if you’re ready to train the smart way—following what the latest science says actually works to reshape your body, build strength, and feel powerful—I’m here to coach you through it.
