For those of you that know me I am not a morning person! 😴But I am up early every day. Here are some of the things I aim to do to make waking up early easier
• Establish a consistent sleep schedule: Go to bed and wake up at the same time daily, even on weekends.
• Create a relaxing evening routine: Avoid screens, dim the lights, and unwind before sleep.
• Get things ready the night before: choose clothes and load the car.
• Use an alarm that doesn’t startle you, you don’t want to wake up feeling panicked and stressed.
