Myth Busting For You!

jodiebunker1

Training your abs alone won’t make them visible; visibility is largely dependent on body fat levels.

Even well-developed abs remain hidden if body fat percentage is too high, as you can’t target fat loss in specific areas.

Achieving a calorie deficit through the right combination of diet and training is essential to lower body fat, eventually revealing your abs.

Core exercises are crucial for stability and strength, but overall fat loss is necessary for visible abs.

What you need to do if you want to reveal your abs, create a calorie deficit through your diet and increasing your NEAT (Non-exercise Actovoty a Thermogenesis) and start full body strength training in the gym. This will drop your body fat percentage whilst helping you maintain muscle for definition.
