Beyond The Gym Floor

I’m going to take a moment to talk about Shira, who originally started working with me because she wanted to improve her posture and build muscle mass.

One of the biggest lessons she’s learned throughout this journey is how to become comfortable being uncomfortable.

The gym isn’t always easy. Those challenging sets can bring discomfort, doubt, and the urge to stop. In the past, Shira would often let her mind convince her to tap out early. Now, she consistently pushes through those tougher moments and proves to herself what she’s capable of.

The results speak for themselves. Shira has built 1.5kg of lean muscle tissue, improved her posture, worked on her flexibility and developed a level of physical and mental resilience that carries far beyond the gym floor.

What I’m most proud of isn’t just the physical changes—it’s the confidence she’s gained from doing hard things, even when she doesn’t feel like it (or it’s early in the morning)

Progress comes from showing up, trusting the process, and embracing the discomfort that leads to growth. Shira is a perfect example of that. 💪🔥
